Quotations and inclusions
We do not publish fixed prices on this website; every quotation is prepared individually and depends on itinerary, season, availability, accommodation, traveller numbers and inclusions. Flights, meals, transfers, activities, taxes and fees are included only when expressly stated in your written quotation. Request the final payable total before confirming.
Confirming a holiday
The itinerary, named suppliers, services, payment terms, cancellation conditions and any refund arrangements should be supplied and agreed as part of your individual booking. This website does not create a universal cancellation tariff or guarantee that supplier charges are refundable.
Permits, travel and activities
Entry approval is decided by the competent authority. Visitor eligibility, services, schedules, routes and activities need confirmation for your dates. Weather and operational conditions may affect the plan. Ask for the change and cancellation arrangements before payment.
Your travel details
Provide accurate names and contact details, and check the travel dates, itinerary and documents issued for your booking. Inform the team of relevant rooming, dietary or accessibility needs before confirmation so suppliers can assess them.
Photographs and sample itineraries
Photos illustrate their credited locations and may be historical. They do not guarantee the current condition of a property, a room view, weather or a wildlife sighting.
